This will help: Miami Condos Investment

Background: Moving to Miami isn’t the easiest thing, especially when you don’t know very many people. Finding a great realtor is even harder. When I first moved down to Miami in 2011, I got lucky with a small studio in a great building before rents went up. But then, my lease was up and rents had skyrocketed. My realtors weren’t responding and I was convinced there were better deals out there, but I didn’t have access to the MLS. After some solid research, I found the Miami Condos Investment app.

What? If you’re looking to buy or rent an apartment (or you just really like the real estate scene), you need to download the app or visit the website. It’s like having a realtor, but better, because it updates the inventory directly from the MLS daily.

How? To get the most out of the app, make sure you do everything from searching an area for available apartments in your price range to checking specific buildings/ your desired place to live. It also helps when you’re thinking about putting in an offer to check the price for recent rentals/sales for similar units, also available in the app (click on the desired building then click on “Recent Rentals” or “Recent Sales”).

How Much? Totally free, and it even connects you with a realtor.

Take Note: It’s really just useful in Miami-Dade, for now.
